Beginning psychiatric care is a meaningful step, and choosing the right provider matters. The Healing Porch offers thoughtful, compassionate telehealth psychiatric care exclusively for adult women seeking support for anxiety, mood disorders, burnout, postpartum mental health, and emotional wellness across life transitions. Care is personalized, unrushed, and grounded in both clinical expertise and genuine human connection.

Telehealth appointments are available for patients located in Florida, Idaho, and Colorado.

Psychiatric evaluations and medication management services are provided in Florida and Idaho. For patients located in Colorado, services are currently limited to individual psychotherapy.

Office Hours

To preserve a calm, attentive clinical experience, appointments are primarily offered during morning and early afternoon hours.

Tuesday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Select Saturday morning appointments may be available
Sunday & Monday: Closed

All appointment times are listed in Eastern Time. Scheduling for patients in other time zones will be adjusted accordingly.

Morning telehealth availability is intentionally designed to support busy women balancing professional responsibilities, family life, leadership roles, and personal wellness across multiple time zones.

Appointment availability may occasionally vary due to professional commitments. Patients are always notified promptly if adjustments are necessary, and continuity of care remains a priority.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To maintain availability for all patients and respect scheduled clinical time, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments missed without appropriate notice will incur a $50 cancellation/no-show fee. Thank you for understanding and helping maintain timely access to care for all patients.
